13. Cancellation & Refunds

You can cancel anytime through your account dashboard. Subscriptions are billed monthly/annually and are non-refundable except for a 14-day money-back guarantee for new customers. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period.

For billing issues, contact us first at support@shoptiger.ai. We'll work to resolve any problems before you involve your payment provider.
